Complaint Review: J.J.M.R. TOW

I had my car towed by jjmr tow and the driver ripped the frame with his hooks , when i asked about the damage I was told that it was not his fault. Iaclled the company lots of times just to get run-aroulnd about who really ownes the company,finally I get told that the insurance he has will only cover my car if i cliam it on my policy...which means that I get hit with cliam.

I also had an IPOD come up missing during the tow and th driver siad that I was a LIAR about even owning one after showing the company the recepit for the IPOD theysaid it cuold have been anyone who stole it , the car was ony out my sight when it was being towed from my home the shop.I looked in car just before he hooked-up and the IPOD was in the seat and when when he un-hooked I drove it in the repair shop ad it was not there.
