Complaint Review: J & J Moving and Auto Transport

I am likely the Auto Carrier (Car-Go Carriers, Halifax, NS)  that JJ moving used to take the cars to Halifax and possibly to Calgary  for JJ  Moving

Car Go Carriers is a triple A rated company with Better Business bureau (BBB)

for the record I got scammed also BY jj Moving TWICE (im an idiot)  we did many moves for them and never got paid for many of the moves upwards of $12,000  still in collections

there still there working away doing supposed honest work, wile I'm struggling to pay me bills now,   there day will come

Totally not an honest company  no triple A rating at BBB with JJ Moving,  the few happy clients are because we saved the day and delivered there problem deliveries  so they could look good and I got screwed instead,  still scam artists

So I'm the stupid one because we still take their cars until last month on COD basis hoping they could catch up, but now those Honest people have taken me again buy giving me 6 cars and a promises to pay upon delivery, guess what no money to pay me now over a month and a half  I've had to now call police to track down the owners to piss them off because they have to pay me again to get their cars because none have been paid for,  Gee I wonder if JJ Moving will give them their money back... 

They can't be dishonest just unorganised and simply forgot my phone number and email to tell me how to contact their clients,  leaving me with the problems after collecting their clients money up front and not paying me again.. 

I'm sure it's just an oversight after almost 2 months and my sending them a tone of emails

I'm done with load brokers of this nature.

NEVER PAY UPFRONT THAT A SCAM ARTIST..  AND PAY BY CREDIT CARD SO YOU CAN CANCEL THE PAYMENT IF THEY JERK YOU AROUND.. I WILL BE HAVING THESE GUY'S INVESTIGATED

PS  I do Agree that the racial side of comments are in appropriate,   A**holes come in many ethnic groups and in this case this is what applies here, not race.  I like to help people not cause them grief.

J & J Movers and auto transport or J & J Enterprise (Brampton) are liars, thieves, from their owner John, to Ryan, Chris, etc All are liars

I am just one of the latest persons to come forward about the delay in receiving my car after I have moved to Calgary from Ontario eight weeks ago.

 The company in question is J & J Moving and Auto Transport. They are extremely and certainly unprofessional, you feel stupid, you trusted them, then they lie to you over 100 and 100 of promises, promises of liars

I have paid for their services over CAN$ 1,200 but I did not get the car yet. Never use them, I even have a friend of mine since February 2013 awaiting for them to deliver his furniture since then, they do not rely to phone calls, they careless, John the owner and Ryan his son are liars, careless, and continuously giving you garbage, not mentioning the insults
because of my phone calls

They say they will call back, they don't,

Have to add my two cents here. Being as impartial to both sides as possible too. In addition to a lot of technical work for JJ Moving, I am quite often the first to hear of the negative comments, which has never been the case with JJ Moving in the last three years. In addition, I also want to point out the slander and racial commentary posted by the complainant. Do you really want to take advice and news from somone who has little or no respect, whatsoever, for other cultures and backgrounds?

Remember, this is a FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED BUSINESS, on the scene now for over a decade, not a fly-by-night operator, in business to scam somone of a few hundred bucks. Also, and unknown to JJ Moving, I had refered three of my own clients to this company for a move from Toronto to Mississauga, Toronto to Calgary and an automotive move from Toronto to Halifax and it appears that everyone was happy with the service and pricing.

Not sure who Rob is but like most customers he probably had more items then listed on file...

We currently successfully relocate atleast 30 customers a month locally from brampton all the way to montreal... We also transport about 20 automobiles every week all over canada....

If 1 person out of 50 is unhappy I think our comtpany is doing well... Below is a small list of people who have good things to say about J&J Moving and Auto Transport...

We are a storage facility in Barrie Ontario and J&J was hired by one of our tenats to move her in...

Our tenant directed J&J to our office after office hours where closed.. Instead of being upset J&J went far beyond the call of duty to help the pregnant lady... The driver had 500% customer service skills and

Chris went went to all lengths to help move this lady into our facility... As a business and future customer we highly recommend J&J Moving and Auto Transport...

As you can probably see by your records you moved us from Collingwood to Elliot Lake October 15th.. You guys where wonderful and I had a great time working with your employee's... We thought we would stay in Elliot Lake forever but there has been a tragedy in the family and I would like you guys to move us back into the Alliston Area...
