Complaint Review: J & J Volkswagon

I don't need to go on and on about someone when you can see the pics and judge for yourself. ANYONE who restores knows this is not how its done. Robert Johnson is a worthless POS and needs to be shut down. All he is going to do is offer a rebuttal to this comment  with blah blah BS and blame it all on me.....once again go to the website and judge for yourself

  With regards to this complaint the customer informed me of a few problems with the restoration of his beetle and we Informed him that if he would return the car we would fix any and all problems he desired and he was given this on multiple occasions and decided to tear the car down and not return for any repairs to be fixed and once the customer decided to tear the car apart that option was no longer on the table and no long an option and therefore how can we be responsible for repairing the car after this has taken place. We regret that this has happened but we fell that he was given every opportunity to return the car to the shop for all repairs to be completed. we even at one point offered to fly to Alabama and make what repairs need to be done and he refused to let us do that either so our hands were tied. So with this situation there were very little that could be done and we are sorry for this to have taken place.
