J. Johnston, Sweepstakes Clearinghouse is a rip-off!
I was sent a "voucher" for $300 dollars. I was given several choices of merchandise to spend it on. My choice was a stereo system. Of course there was a remaining balance of $179.99. I paid by check, which has been cashed, but I haven't seen my merchandise yet. If you can help me expose this company and get reimbursed that would be great!

We just reviewed the message posted on February 22, 2002 and would like to provide the following information.
According to Calaras e-mail, she did not receive her stereo. We always ship customers orders very promptly. If Calara did not receive her shipment, we may have sent it to the wrong address or it may have got lost in transit.
We take our commitment to Customer Service very seriously and would like to assist Calara. However, in order to locate an account, we will need a full name and address, including zip code so we can research our records. Once we locate an account, we will be happy to address any and all concerns and resolve this matter.
Thank you for providing us the opportunity to respond to this matter.
