Each Secretary of State keeps on file an agent of service for all corporations doing business in your state! Serve them there, not in So. Carolina. I won in Small Claims, and they mailed me a full check to pay the full judgment! Don't whine..do something about it!!

I am taking JK Harris & Co to small claims and encourage everyone that gave up their rights in the class action lawsuit to do the same. One of the most fraudlent companies in the world. And they are not the only frauds in the tax releif business. There are other including Power Tax Relief. First take them to small claims court and than start protesting outside their locally rented nationwide offices. I will create havoc but I need help from others to do the same.
