J Kaye Designs Judy Campaner Online business charged for purchase but didn't ship product, didn't return emails, phone calls Internet
Ordered custom caps from J Kaye Designs on 7/17/2010. My card was charged immediately. It is now 10/29/2010. J Kaye Designs never shipped the caps. I emailed Judy Campaner, the proprietor, numerous times. Only received auto replies stating that she has another full time job so it will take some time to fill orders. Tried to call her but her voice message system is full so I can't leave a message. Do not order from this company - it is a scam. They use the pretense that your order is custom to allow them to charge your credit card immediately and discourage disputing the charge within the credit card time limit.
