Complaint Review: J Kerezman Costume

I ordered a braid via the internet from this company that never arrived. After waiting over a month I emailed them three separate times before getting a response asking for more information.

I emailed that info to them and again waited a week before emailing them a few more times with no response. I then emailed the president of the company who responded saying nobody knew of my order. And again nothing further.

Following several more emails I got a response saying they needed a new address as the item had been returned twice. I asked for the address they had shipped to and again received no further answers.

I have always received my mail at the address listed at Paypal ,that is also verified, this would be the first package to Not have been accepted I believe their shoody business practices show what a lousy company they are.
