J & L AIR CONDITIOINING AND HEATING sold me a yearly preventative maintenance agreement FOR $298.00 and did not honor it. LAND O LAKES FLORIDA
On MAY 19, 2020 I had this company do a basic check of my ac units. Once finished the tech Mike sold my wife an i a preventative mainteance service. this service is thr 2 inspections for the year and cost $298.00. This company did not honor the agreement. never did the services. I made four phone calls to them. first call the woman stated would refund monies but that would be coming from Arizona and to give a few weeks.
second call woman told me the same information and to give it another week. third call she stated it shows processed and to give a week. fourth call she did not answer, I left message but no one ever returned call. At this point it is obvious they lied repeatly and have not intention of refund the monies.
