You are making a BIG MISTAKE if you rent one of these trashy mobile homes. These places are over a gazillion years old and need to be demolished. I know several previous and present renters who are so angry and frustrated at the BAIT & SWITCH when you put a deposit on one.
Once you put a deposit down of cash and go to take possession, the owner Glen Pearson or John will give you another trailer to move into. If you rented a 3 bedroom he will give you a 2 or 1 bedroom instead. There is nothing that you can do!!!!!!!!!! Look at the contract and see that they are able to give you a comparable trailer then what you had initially rented. They will also give you a mobile home in another park. You can believe that too!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE OR TRUST WHAT THEY TELL YOU! The owner has multiple LLC's and when he needs to he will change the name of the park just so you can't sue him. There was a murder in 2011 at their mobile home park.
This isn't the only problem though, there is so much garbage and riff raff in these mobile home parks. Do yourself a favor and WALK AWAY!!
You can definitely count on:
*BUGS & Especially Roaches
*LOUD noises from your NEIGHBORS - MUSIC BLASTING!
*Flooding from OLD pipes
*NO PRIVACY - The trailers are so thin you can hear your neighbors every word!
*Once you sign a lease you can expect them to forget about you as a renter if you need repairs.
*They will ignore your requests and problems once you pay your rent and sign a lease. If you think they will help you, you are wrong!
*READ GOOGLE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS PLACE AND THEIR OTHER MOBILE HOMES!!!!!!
*Don't fall for the DEALS!!!! You get nothing but stress and frustration once you move-in
*TRASH all around the neighborhood and neighbors putting garbage and junk out of their trailers.
*TRAFFIC - In & Out is a NIGHTMARE!!!!
*WARPED walls and trailer frames!
*MOLD - MOLD - MOLD If you have asthma or allergies this is not a safe place for you or your children!
Just Notice the BIG TURNOVER THEY HAVE IN HOMES --- That should tell you something.
PLEASE LOOK AT OTHER PLACES AND LEAVE THIS GARBAGE DUMP ALONE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND PEACE OF MIND!!!!!

There are just too many companies and landlords out there that are completely ignoring the law and throwing renters rights right out the window! Tenants have the right to live a peacable life without harrasment, bait and switch tactics and a quiet home. Landlords really need to have more enforcement in all areas as tenants are usually the ones that get the short end of the stick.
