On 3-5-2012 Arthur Carroll leased a portion of my residence for $115/wk with a $500 security deposit. He provided a $200 check from a Church which he said was helping him pay.
He never paid the $300 balance giving the reason that he was not winning bids. But a neighbor reports to me that he bragged that he took his girlfriend out for a $60 dinner, and purchased new designer athletic shoes. I offered to hire him to mow my yard with my 30" riding mower, but he declined.
He failed to pay on 4-30-2012 promising to double in a week on 5-7-2012 but moved out on the sneek on 5-6-2012.
He said to the same neighbor that he is "working for a Company under the table" for cash, and collecting Unemployment Compensation. He did not know that this neighbor has more loyalty to me than to him.
If he had paid as agreed, he would need to provide just over $909.00.
Here is a man (obvious to me) of poor character. He apppears to be a lazy, dishonest, street wise opportunist who feels intitled.
