Complaint Review: j levine auction and appraisal company

I particiated in the Thursday night auction by  j levine auction and apprasial company. (www.invalueable.com) I bid the auction  and won a lot. 2 hours after the auction was over they told me someone else placed a bid. I saw the gavel drop and they asked for bidders and no one bid. They told me sold. Well i go to pay and they said someone placed a bid after the auction was over. They would not let me to bid again. I reported them to the BBB. They refuse to call me back or answer my phone calls. Horrible customer service.  Stay away from them! There are many honest auction companies out there. I wanted to warn the public.
