This business targets Notary Signing Agents out of the state of Florida to do mortgage closings and then refuses to pay the notary fees, the next month, when they claim they send out checks on the 20th! The BBB in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410 area shows negativity from recent Signing Agents, who got Ripped OFF as well, for mortgage closing services rendered.
The order sheets look legit, but never reflect order numbers, I started writing the loan numbers, mortgage lenders, and title companies on mine to keep track of borrowers, that I closed on appointments; as it always seemed lind of fishy from what other Signing Service Agenies use on their order sheets for morgage closings. They feed you with several orders up front to get you started and make you feel like you are their only contact in the area, and then after a month or so they quit calling you!

Every closer that has closed a loan with our company is always paid unless the job was not performed correctly. Even in those cases if the closer is willing to go back to correct their errors the fees are paid. We are not responsible for the USPS mailing system and cannot be held accountable for delivery. It is unfortunate the closers think we can control their mailing system. We are not in the business of calling closers with lots of closings just to get you to take them and then not pay them. That would require extra work and we are not doing that. We assign closings based on the availability and the locations, PERIOD.
To think anything other than that is putting too much thought into it. We have been in business for 20 years and if you search the internet, you will find 3 complaints which includes this one. I say to you consider the source of these complaints. As for the person in this complaint, if you have not been paid, the professional thing to do is contact our office for payment. Otherwise, we have no way of knowing you have not been paid. Unless another closer tells us about the complaint you have posted.
Again, keep in mind as stated earlier we are not responsible for the United States Postal Services mailing system and cannot guarantee you an arrival date from their service. Lastly, if you are not able to provide your name then the complaint should not be allowed or heard because it just might not be true.
