Complaint Review: J.M. Asphalt

J.M. Asphalt installed an asphalt driveway at my home in November of 2003. It is guaranteed for 1 year.

There are now weeds growing up in the driveway. I have left 7 messages with the company's voice mail, no answer from them.

I did manage to speak to the son once and he told me they would be out to repair the driveway on June 19th, 2004. They never showed or called to explain. I called them again a few days later and the son told me he would be out that day, he never showed.

I then sent them a letter explaining that I had to have the driveway repaired or else I would be forced to take legal measures. No reply from them.
