Jim at J&M and his company do not listen to homeowners.  They even go as far as outright lying about what services the community was charged for as well as bullying homeowners.  I'm on the board and not just a homeowner.  

Jim has outright refused to explain events and charges.  They have ordered incorrect items for our community (sports court etc), they have almost zero communication with our homeowners and when they make a mistake that costs us money, they take zero responsibility.  

This company has been caught in multiple lies via email and the owner is such a jerk that he won't even pretend to fix anything or refund any money when requested.  His staff hates him and he goes through people like crazy.  He even blames his own employees for issues and tells homeowners negative things about his own employees.

Their communication is absolutely the worst.  They sometimes take days to return calls.  They don't respond to emails and then claim that the homeowners failed to notify them in a proper amount of time. 

What a bunch of jerks.  I, and most of the other homeowners, will never use or refer this company again.  There are WAY better options here for you.  Don't get stuck with this joke of a company and their shady business practices.  

Just look at the reviews in other places!
