i order a custom belt from him for my sons christmas present in 1996, i never received it and i called and emailed him, he always said it was in the process of being made, well thats been 6 years and he still says that it is still in the process, i wander how many people he has done this to. he makes you pay in full with your order. he is very sarcastic and a real jerk. don't order from him he is a ripoff.

First off, Dale is not telling the truth, he ordered his belt on 12-5-98, which is 2 years AFTER he claims to have ordered. At that time, on the product he ordered, which was a special sale belt, my site clearly stated "no times are promised or guaranteed or implied unless specifically told to you by me" I cannot promise times to people except for people who are reps from larger organizations, IE the WWE, XPW, NWA, etc. When Dale ordered his belt, there were already over 200 people waiting for this special sale belt. He is near the end of the list. He is number 43 out of what was over 200, in this time I am constantly working on these belts. These people who ordered these belts are receiving free upgrades such as free thicker plates, free gold plating and an upgraded tooled leather strap, these are all items that I donated to these customers because I felt that they deserved it for being so patient, mind you this was a 650.00 upgrade on a belt that he only paid 300.00 for, in reality, he would have gotten what now would be worth over 1400.00! However, since he could not be patient and not stop calling me all the time, Mr. "Dale" will be receiving exactly what he ordered, which is a 400.00 belt. These belts are HAND MADE belts, I cannot spit them out of a sweatshop at the rate of 100 per day, nor can I pluck them from the magic belt tree, I have to do the artwork, I have to cut the belt out of metal, I have to cut the straps, tool them, dye them , assemble them. These sale items were offered at low cost as a favor to the public who could not afford our pro quality belts , which take approximately 3 months to make and also cost six times more than the sale belt.
