I was a loyal WAMU credit card holder. Until last year when I noticed that they were charging me late fee's. I do all my banking on-line and noticed that they would change the due dates any where from 1 day to over 10 days.

Because all my banking was done on-line they knew when they would receive the payments. Needless to say, I was able to have them reverse the late fee's but the upped my interest rate. I had a interest rate of 8% and it went up to 17%, I called them and closed my account with them. This is what they did to me, they were so kind as to raise my interest rate to 29% after I closed my account.

I could have sworn that Loan Sharking was illegal, but I guess they get a pass from our government with a BAIL-OUT no less. This is just so wrong in so many ways, if anyone has any idea of how to deal with them, please don't hesitate to contact me.
