Long-time customers are NOT important!
I had the worst customer service experience ever at the J.R. Crickets Sandtown Crossing location. I booked a party there, where I had already order a few hundred dollars worth of food and invited 50 people. When they (owner/management) realized their mistake ... they had booked this party during their "fight" party time, they tried to force us to leave or pay a $10 cover charge.
We were yelled at, threatened, and intimidated to leave by 11pm or the police would get involved.
This restaurant lacks professionalism, customer service, and customer quality pales in comparison to quantity.
Please save your money and frequent another Crickets ... its not worth it. A paying customer should not be treated with such disrespect and embarrassment. The worst part of this whole ordeal is that the owner left the scene without dealing with the situation. She allowed the worst General Manager (Maurice) in the world speak on her behalf....who does that?
