Complaint Review: J&R Propane

In Sepember of last year I called some fuel companies looking for prices. I called J&R and they gave me a price that was better than the Galway Fuel Co-op's price who my neighbor uses. I went with J&R. My very first bill was at a higher rate then what they quoted me. They said they would rebill me at the lower rate and insted I got a late notice. After a bunch of phone calls they got it right. The next month they billed me at the higher rate again. More phone calls. More of the same run around. I was gathering my paperwork to file a complaint and noticed that the slip the driver left me when he delivered had the gallons hand written. I called Saratoga County Weights and Measures and they said that's illegal. When I called J&R to complain they said they'd come and pick up their tank. I told them that I owned the tank. I had to send them my bill of sale From GA Bove. This comapny is bad news.
