J R's Plumbing Refused to do the work while collecting money and filed false report with my insurance company Branson Missouri
J R Plumbing sent a technician out who has a problem with women. He was disrespectful and rude. He even called my insurance company to give a false report of the problem I was having and then walked off the job repairing nothing.
When I called the owner to complain, the owner said he would take care of everything. He asked me to write it all down in a letter, then after receiving the letter, he would not return my phone calls. Out of curiosity, I went to the person's Facebook page who had come out and he had terrible things on it against women!
I have since found an excellent plumbing company in their same town who is absolutely respectful and fixed everything JR Plumbing left undone. They were appalled at how I was treated by JR. I would never recommend JR Plumbing to anyone!
