Complaint Review: J R SLIDER & ASSOCIATES

*****STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY***** My Family and I have always paid our rent early before the due date every month. We are a family of 2 little girls and 1 son. Me and my wife first went through this company. We ended up buying a house a year after. I let the owner know of the vacancy and he accepted it. We cleaned everything and left it cleaner than we moved in. We took Video and Pictures when we left. We also did a final walk around with Bart Hedgecock, the owner. Everything checked out. I messaged the Mansgement Company J.R. Slider & Associates aka Jennifer Slider. She used profanity and said false statements to keep my deposit of $1,295. She doesn't care of her reputation and will steal for any small reason. I dont care about getting my deposit back but please be aware on how they conduct business.. please stay away from them at ALL COST!!! THEIVES!!!
