Complaint Review: J&S Handyman; Cheyenne (Shane) Signo;

Cheyenne "Shane" Signo's "Uncle" "John" a/ka "Hank" now known as "Frank Signo" thought he would be real cute and called the Dallas Police Department on me a couple of weeks ago at 4:00 a.m.  This criminal told them that I was "going to harm myself and was in need of police".  The police knew immediately upon speaking with me that this was a prank call - a hoax.  I told them exactly who was behind it.  "Frank" Signo is also on Facebook and it's the same criminal as "Hank" Signo.  I filed another police report for that false call.  I really enjoyed meeting the officers, however.  We had a good laugh and they went on their way and I went back to bed.  I told them all about these criminals who have stolen from people everywhere.  Their day will come.  Karma is going to come around and I hope it comes around hard.  The scumbag Cheyenne "Shane" Signo is again advertising on Craigslist as "Better Homes Handyman and Construction - Free Estimates".  I feel for anybody who gets involved with these scumbags.  Losers.  Slimeballs.  Cons.  Criminals.  Hoping the cops get them soon.

He did the EXACT same thing to me. He stole over $6,000 from me. You need to go to the Dallas PD fraud department (on lamar street). We are building an active case against him to have him arrested. He has done this in other states too (as you can clearly see), and we need to protect the citizens of the DFW from this con artist! If you try to have him summoned, he will just say thats not him, and that he has no ID. This is what the constable who tried to serve him, told me. 

Don't waste your time trying to reason with him. I have over 20 pages of evidence, of him abandoning his work, and then claiming he was fired (when he wasn't.) from many different sources (so sad). Basically, he will start the work, then leave and never return. Lets put this guy behind bars. Please please please, call me (((REDACTED))) Terry 

Also, try to have the cops deal with him. He was once arrested for beating a pregnant woman (so sad)...

He did the same thing to me. He brought in Hank, then he brought in his mom to work with him the first day. Destroyed my living room, and never returned. I'm wondering if his mom is in on it too??

The bottom line is that you're an idiot.  You're an uneducated, ignorant thief who doesn't know how to spell simple words or use basic grammar.  It's obvious you're a high school dropout.  You have no business.  It's just you who has no experience whatsoever in remodeling or anything else you claim to do on your fraudulent Craiglist ad.  You lie, show fraudulent documents, take money via check, run to a check cashing business before you're found out, steal the cash and take off.  That's how you operate.  You can call me an idiot, lonely or whatever it is that makes you feel good about yourself.  You stole a lot of money from me.  You never showed up when you said you would.

As I said, you know nothing abuot me.  Anything you say will not change the fact that you are a thief.  You know you're a thief, so you make up lies to try and make yourself look good.  I don't give a flying sh*t about your "business".  You have no business.  You are not a real remodeling contractor.  You are a 19 year old punk (DOB 9/15/98) with no license, no insurance, no bank account.....nothing.  Cheyenne "Shane" Signo wants people to be okay with him stealing money from them.  That's not how it works.  Karma will come back around on this piece of sh*t thief someday - it may take awhile but it will come.  People in Louisiana need to be careful too.  This thief also lists an address of 4910 Wabash Street in Metairie, Louisiana which has a phone number for a daycare.  He's shady all the way around.  His uncle, "John" Signo a/k/a "Hank" Signo has a fake name as well - John "Signal".  He's also known as Hank Demetro and there are several mugshots online.  Shane first brings his mommy (if that's true) with him to his first meeting with you.  Then he brings his criminal uncle with him the second time around.  Then they go to check cashing places quickly to steal your money.  That's how this punk operates.  He has been evicted at least twice within the past year.  The boy has no "business".  He claims he has a child and the mother "died during childbirth".  This is also a crock of sh*t.  

This boy can get on here and say what he wants about me.  The fact of the matter is that he stole a lot of money from me and refused to return it when I told him not to come back on my property.  Yes, I should have done my homework ahead of time but that's my mistake.  As soon as I discovered he was a liar with absolutely no experience I was done with him.  He trashed one of my bathrooms and punched a hole in the wall in the next room.  The new contractor got a big kick out of that.  The new contractor was licensed, insured and does great work.  I don't give one sh*t what this punk Cheyenne "Shane" Signo does.  All I want is my stolen money returned to me.  I'm not intimidated by this boy.  He knows what he is and what he's done.  Again, he has been reported to the police in Dallas and Garland.  I'm not going anywhere.  

Any "contract" he has is not valid.  It does not list any address or phone number like most company's contracts do.  He's a scammer, a liar and a scumbag all the way around.

He came over to neighborhood and collected bunch of money(as advance payments) by making false promises about working on various project that we had. He disappeared after that, he never called back and did not pick our call finally shutdown his phone.

The thief added three fake reviews that are full of spelling errors and just bad grammar.  Nobody else could possibly be that illiterate.  He's not only a thief, but he's dumb too.  He changes phone numbers constantly.  His name is sometimes "Shane Miller".  He's bad news.
