Complaint Review: J & S

Never had a issue the whole time until the last 2 cks. Then he tried to say i bounced the cks. Total lie he got paid and on time. I sent the last ck now i owe him another 200 dollars. I explained the situation and cant afford those fees. still have to pay the bill foe the dealer. Than his repo guys shows up saying i bounced the last ck, Called the bank the said the ck has never even tried to clear. So he has the last ck refuses to so he can repo it and charge even more. I never bounced a ck i have overdraft protection. everything was fine till that las ck. He cant repo it as it is still at the dealer and it haven't paid the bill yet. I was told next time he tries that call the police and report it as stollen We bought a handicap van broke down 3 weeks later been in the shop my never get out. He is trying to get even more money out of usof us

not much mor to say said all i can. Guys a crook no doubt about all his vehicles arejust trash they look as if they were in a flood. IF the van wasnt a handicp i never would have even look at that place. He sends his repo dude to do his dirty work if he herd that truth about him maybe he workd at an honest place.  The owner thinks he has the right to reo any car at anytime, Which it not true mose of his towes are illegl, PPL need to start calling the police and report it stolen.
