They came to the property to lay new asphalt but did a very poor job. I'm no professional in this area yet I was able to go out and point out many areas where they didn't do the job they claimed they would. After coming out 3 or 4 times to fix their mistakes they eventually had to hire other guys to do the job they couldn't. They were supposed to call us back to put a final seal over the asphalt and that was about 3 or 4 weeks ago. I am going to call today but this is not worth all of the money we had to shell out for this job and I don't want to see anyone else get burned like we did. I believe I've given them more than enough leeway.

It's really sad that this particular customer located at 243 E. 116th st (PAUL) has come to post something as malicious as this when our company went above and beyond to make them satisfied.You failed to mention the existing conditions that took part in the demise of your job such as a leaking roof which as a result when rained the water would come through the gutters into the areas that had been repaired your father-n-law can speak to you about that seeing how he stated prior to us starting your job he would soon be fixing that matter.You also forgot to mention rain going into your tenants homes and each time having to remove the carpet and that's where we stepped in to repair that problem.You also stated we had to hire someone else to come and finish something we started that's ludacris.Each employee besides family who took part in your repairs have been with us over 16 yrs.we are a pretty credible company we have been in the same location 30 plus years and have had only one complaint you.Our reputation and work has landed us major movie studios,property mangements,school districts and the list goes on.If there is anyone who may want to know the real Jim Braswell (J & W PAVING) please feel free to contact us regarding a reference list you will not be disappointed.It is proven you can't please everyone,but hey 30 plus years and one complaint we will take that and be here another 30 years so please feel free to call.....
