Complaint Review: J.W. Beardern Used Cars

I am a single 20 year old mother who went to J.W. Bearden in desperate search of a reliable car in order to get my child to daycare and myself to work and school.
Dwight Beardern assured me the car I had chosen, which was a 1990 Geo Prizm, was reliable and in great condtion.

A week after I purchased the car I had to buy a new battery and I also had to replace the stareter which set me back a little on my bills which also set me back two weeks of my $70 weekly car note. Keep in mind I am a full time student and mother already struggling to make ends meet. Not only did Dwight Beardern not have the common courtesy of informing me that he wanted his car back after only a $140 missed payment, he and his boot leg repo team (which consisted of him and another of his employees) came aned took my car out of the parking lot of my job.

When I went to discuss the situation with him, he told me he didn't have to explain anything to me, he wouldn't listen to anything I had to say and he also threatened to call the police if I didn't get off his property. He also called me a deadbeat for not paying my car note on time.

I honestly feel the way he dealt with the situation was unprofessional and rude. Not only am I out of a car, I am also out of $1000 which went towards my car. He is now sending me papers saying that I owe him over $2500 which is more than the f****** car cost to begin with.

I am going to sue, and I am going to win. J.W. BEARDEN

JUNK AND SNATCHED IT AWAY FROM ME TRYING TO GET EXTRA

ANYWHERE EXCEPT FOR J.W.BEARDERN USED CARS LOCATED IN

MARIETTA GA ACROSS FROM THE BIG CHICKEN.
