J2EFAX Total rip off merchants internet

For 10 months J2 EFAX have been taking money out of my account for a service that I have never used. My bank will not make a refund because J2 EFAX says that I signed up for one months free trial and never cancelled it.  In fact I cancelled it after 14 days but J2 denies this.

I have telephoned them,written to them and emailed them but they will not cancel my subscription and are still taking money from my account.My only option it  seems to me is to change my bank.All in all J2 have ripped me off to the tune of 114.00.

This is FRAUD but there seems no way to stop it.
