I am Bruce from Hangzhou YOYO sanitary ware Co.,Ltd. we are a bathroom vanity and glass basin factory in Hangzhou City, China. A company name called J A COMERCIO DE MATERIAIS DE CONSTRUCOES LTDA - Boss name is Vitor, it is from Manas city, Brazil. we did business with this company since 2011, JA company always asked their partner company ( IPPAX GROUP CO., LTD - boss name is Davi) to pay us the 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
In Dec, 2015, JA company boss - Mr.vitor gave us order, we finished the order and ask Mr.Vitor to pay the balance 11878.7$, he asked us to ship the order first, and pay us the balance in next week, because we worked with JA company many years, we don't want to let Vitor unhappy, and we believe in Vitor also. so we shipped the order without receiving the balance.
When the container arrived at Manas port, Mr.Vitor connived with customs officials, and took the order, until now, we did not receive the balance 11878.7$.
In Dec,2016. Mr Vitor want to buy our stock of glass basin, and we asked they to pay deposit 3688.5$, and he paid, we received deposit 3688.5$ also. We said if you don't pay us the balance 11878.7$, we can not sell you our stock of glass basin, Vitor & Davi were angry and asked us to return 3688.5$.
I want to say: Cheating is always based on the trust of others ! Vitor & Davi you lost a good supplier who believe in you so much, we just lost balance, but you lost too much !
