After bidding on round trip airline tickets through Overstock.com auctions from Christina M Hemingway of Las Vegas Nevada going as ataairlinetickets@yahoo.com and winning I paid around $200 dollars for 27 vouchers.

I was to be able to log in and enter 27 names and email addresses and people were to receive E-mail vouchers they would mail in with $20.00 to JA Marketing in Garden City NY. I got one voucher before the link quit working. I began E-mailing Ms. Hemingway and have yet to receive an response or explanation as to why the link is no longer working.

Okay so maybe I would only get one voucher...I could almost live with that. I begin E-mailing JA Marketing with the problem with the link and some questions...no response. I send them a $20 check with a written letter with the other 26 names and E-mails for vouchers. This is all mailed with the enclosures listed including E-mails from Christina Hemingway.

I send it to JA Marketing priority mail with signature confirmation. After a couple days I check and sure enough U PSLousia has signed for my package. A week later even though the website says it could take a week to process your voucher still nothing. The deal is you supposedly have to do a trial of some product for one to three months, and then you can book a flight...no black out dates, you must pay the $20.00 processing fee, and book the flight 60 days in advance.

Christina had me pay by BidPay which is not as good as PayPal for taking care of these problems. Overstock.com auctions has personal ratings and business ratings......unlike ebay. I could care less about personal ratings...aren't con men good personable people???? Anyway, I see the whole situation as easily falling under mail fraud for one and maybe both. Others that have been taken by this group should report them to the USPS and report mail fraud. I have E-mailed all parties...let them know I have documentation and sent them info on mail fraud...come up with my money, the goods, or the legal works will begin. They have blown me off long enough...I don't like getting ripped off and I won't stand for it.
