Complaint Review: JA Marketing

I answered an e-mail ad from JA Marketing. They offered free airfare, completely free. The only request was to send $20 for sh via Federal Express. They claimed that there was not need to purchase a hotel or attend a timeshare presentation. The only expense was the $20 and the acceptance of a free trial offer for a magazine, a coffee company or a video lesson. I sent the $20 (which were required to be paid by July 16, 2005.

On July 22 I began checking the status of my voucher and I found out that was processed on July 20 but nobody sent me e-mail or informations on how to book the airfare or accept the free trial offer. I sent several e-mails to their address: airpromo@travelguest.com but I received no reply.

Finally I tried to find their phone number but when I called Garden City, I found out that there is no such company at that address nor in the city: JAMarketing - 734 Franklin Ave. # 685 - Garden City, NY 11530. Somebody must have been there to get my money.
Obviously a bogus office.

BE aware of this people and keep your money.
