JA Sports 9 months and a legal threat to finally deliver Parkstone Poole Dorset United Kingdom
I ordered a set of football kits and basketball kits on Oct 23rd '07, as i sit here, the order has been finally completed on June 18th '08. I have e-mailed and called this company countless times, and it finally took a threat of legal action to make them deliver. The customer service is non-existent, and no-one can give you any answers - please please do not use this company, even if they seem cheap. At the same time as ordering the playing kits, I ordered a set of spray jackets for a football team from another company who took 1 week to deliver printed goods, i would have bought the kits here too, but i thought i was making a saving by going through JS Sports.... I was wrong.
