Complaint Review: Jack Hall Jr's Construction and Aluminum

I contracted with Jack Hall Jr to do a job for me and gave them a deposit.
I was told that the scheduler would contact me with a start date.
I did not hear From them, so after three (3) weeks I called them to schedule the work to be done.
I specifically asked during the initial consultation if they used sub-contractors and was told that absolutely they did not.
This was not true...the installer of the soffit worked for himself, and the gutter was installed by yet another sub-contractor!
I specifically asked if the work area (my property) would be cleaned up each evening. They promised that it would be.
Not only was trash, nails, aluminum and soda cups left in mine AND my neighbors yard but ladders and tools were also left out on my property overnight.
It took them over a week to do a three day job. This is not a large house...simply a patio home. It was a very unsatisfactory job but they did return and place some new pieces over the unsightly pieces of fascia wrap after three attempts to speak to Jack Hall.
***The disrespect shown to us as homeowners causes me to never use them again or to recommend their services to anyone.***
In addition, I ended up with not one but two (2) flat tires due to nails left in the driveway.
Two weeks later, I am still finding scraps of aluminum and nails in my yard and on my decking.
This is my opinion as a homeowner....but beware if you are thinking of doing business with them.
