1)     
June we mentioned compressor is kicking on/off, jerking.  Hannon stated it was



a.       the defrost switch/contactor going bad, but to wait



b.      took Hannons expert advise



 



2)      On 7/6 the vibration eliminator gave out due to bad switch/contactor.



a.       we asked for the defrost switch/contactor to be replaced but instead it was shorted out



b.      vibration eliminator was replaced due to excessive jerking, starting and stopping of the unit because the switch was bad.



c.       the wrong refrigerant r12 replacement was used, we have a r22 system (system tested by expert contractor)                                



            4)   7/9, Hired expert contractor to replace defrost switch that Hannon never replaced.  



5)      9/29 refrigerant leaked out due to improper installation of the vibration



eliminator and wrong refrigerant.


Hannon did not replace the switch that caused the problems.  When installing new vibration eliminator it was not correctly installed, pipe had rubbed through on the clamp causing leak in discharge line after vibration eliminator.  Hannon cost us a new Walk In Cooler System.
