PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT myluxurybags.com and koobags.com sell counterfeit  or replica bags, I purchased what was believed to be an authentic Gucci bag, and was later discovered to be a counterfeit.  They also sell many other famous designer names.

In February, 2009, I began to experience problems with buttons falling off the bag- which should not occur with designer bags at this pricepoint. The first time, Sax 5th Ave accepted the bag for repair.  The second time, which occurred in April 2010, Gucci rejected the repair b/c it was not accompanied with a receipt from an authorized reseller, and the bag was returned unrepaired.  This began the chain of events which led me to discover the truth.  I have been e-mailing the vendor to seek clarification of their status as an authorized retailer, and the vendor abruptly discontinued corresponding with me.  On Monday, May 17th, American Express provided me with the companys phone number (888-319-2202) to try to contact Myluxurybags to try to resolve the dispute, but they never answer the phone.   I called Guccis anti-counterfeiting department,  who has confirmed that myluxurybags.com does not sell authentic Gucci bags and is not an authorized retailer.

The bag was originally purchased in 2008 from eluxurybags.net.  Their domain name was subsequently transferred to Louis Vuitton after LV sought an injunction for selling LV and Marc Jacobs replicas.  I also had received an e-mail from my luxurybags.com informing us that they changed their domain name from eluxurybags.net to myluxurybags.com.  The e-mail was sent to us in Feb 2009, before the final judgment on the injunction was handed down, in May 2009 (see eluxurybags.net webpage).  I had no idea all this had occurred until I returned to the website to seek assistance with my defective bag.

Myluxurybags.com has purposely tried to defraud me as well as the general public.  I hope through my e-mail you can help them from scamming others
