Complaint Review: Jack McMahon Lawyer

As reported 020/2/2005 by Joel, Jack McMahon also ripped off a friend of mine. This time for $75,000 ($150,000 counting his co-conspirator Paul Ducca). As he did in the other case reported here, he did nothing, delayed the case and during the trial presented no evidence when evidence was available.

In addition he allowed the prosecution to go on virtually unfettered for seven days and only made a few very weak objections, and never challenged a witness, expert or otherwise. He also intimidated his client (Dr Charlene DeMarco) into not testifying so the Jury would not here both sides.

Afterwards he promised to file motions of appeal and dismissal but didn't file anything. It appears that this is the modus operandi of this man, selling out one client to get another client off. He has made many good deals for organized crime members that he represents but apparently sells out female clients quite easily.

He is also the lawyer responsible for making an infamous training tape on how to pick jurors by race, while a member of the Philadelphia DA's office. He obviously has no respect for women or minorities.
