Jack Mermis Con-man, thief, scam artist, convicted felon, and dangerous Lake Morton-Berrydale, Washington
This individual is a con man, thief and scammer. He has been convicted and served time for theft in the 1st degree and also theft in the 2nd. He was charged with theft by deception, and has in effect stollen very close to $50,000 from me. He will drag you on with as many lies as he can manufacture, and has deceived his wife and family to believe he is golden. Beware, he will sell you helicopters, aircraft, boats, property, vehicles in very elaborate ways, trying to get the title and not paying, or getting you to pay for it, and then not delivering. Don't sell anything to him without first receiving payment in cash. If he says he needs the tittle because he has sold your vehicle to someone else, get the cash first before you do anything. This guy is as bad as you could ever imagine. When confronted he will threaten you, and has been known to be violent, although I did not have first hand knowledge. He has served time in prison, but is so cleaver with his stories, that you get sucked into his schemes. If anyone wants absolute documented proof, and would like to get information, contact me. If you have been scammed by this rotten to the core scumbag, please let me know.

For anyone who reads his sad attempt to deny and lie about the truth, please contact me for the documents. I took copies of every check sent to him, I copied the email strings, and I have numerous corroborating statements from other individuals that he has scammed. Check out the public records where he stole people's cars, went to jail, and is a "Bad Actor" Even the FAA designated examiner told me that I should "Be careful about buying his helicopter, because he’s sold it many times, but no one gets it"
He convolutes his scams with other business dealings, so he can create deception for the real theft. He stole a plane from someone, who mysteriously died, and the father was very close to the situation, and feels that Jack was involved.
THE FACTS ARE THE FACTS: Lawsuits, criminal charges and jail time, incarcerated for criminal activities. Don't be a fool and fall for his deceitful stories.
FACT Check his public records, read the whole case, find out how he wiggled and tried to use the statute of limitations to hide his rotten behavior. Check the county jail records, and you will see that he has spent time in jail. People died because of him, and he will take you for everything you have. This is the conman extraordinaire, who has duped his own friends into believing he's innocent

None of the aforementioned complaint is true. This CON MAN who wrote this fairy tale took money from his girlfriend and her parents to supposedly purchase a helicopter. He did pay $1500 for flight instruction and then tried to turn it around and say that little amount of money was for the purchase of a $250,000 helicopter. Totally ridiculous!! If he would have had a legitimate case, he could have gone to any prosecutor and he/she would have taken the case. This crazed individual wrote this complaint because he wanted to force his way into an illigitimate sale of a helicopter that he had, otherwise, no way to pay for. I am forced to address this absurd accusation to defend myself, realizing that any nut case can put anything he/she wants on the internet regardless of the truth. I am now, after five years, addressing this incredulous falsehood. It's time to clean house!
