jack oliver general construction, California state license number 91316 7 has been REVOKED!! California Court case number (((REDACTED))), effective date May 28 2014. Jack continues to masquerade as a general contractor, if you ask him he will tell you he is a contractor in good standing. I made the mistake of contracting jack to put in 87 feet of 6 foot vinyl privacy fencing and 25 feet of three foot chain link fence in front with two 4 foot vinyl dates for the back and one 3ft gat for chain link. . jack oliver general one week from start to finish for my fence.  it is now 3weeks after the start of the job, 15 posts (8 are for the chain link), 5 panels of vinyl, a 4 foot tall chain link gate, and 30 bags of 60lb dry cement, posts are set at UNEVEN heights, some lean different angles. Brackets the vinyl panels slide into, are bent to TRY to fit and secure panels. Panels have been forced to fit on one end and gapping on the other. Property line is designated by a 2x4x4foot board attached to back brick wall, Jack missed it by 3-5" but that's OK because he missed the brick wall my 12inches!   The chain link portion of the fence was to be 3feet tall, gate is 4feet tall. when I questioned Jack about the discrepancy in the heights of the chain link he informed me he got a better deal on 4' fencing. Only problem is the branch on the tree comes out of the tree at 3 1/2 feet. 6 inches below the heighth of the fence. He does not return calls or text messagesm  Since I could not get in touch with him, i started investigating Jack Oliver Construction.  I found out his license has been revoked!!.  Jack isn't even allowed on a job site WITHOUT constant supervision by a Licensed Contractor. I had a real contractor come and give me a quote to fix and complete my fence.  For a job that should not have cost more that $5000 is going to cost me more than $9,000.  THANKS JACK OLIVER CONSTRUCTION
