Complaint Review: JACK'S AUTO SERVICE CENTER

After have my breakes checked earlier, I went to Jack's because I was having problem with the key lock for my rims.  Thinking that they are a tire shop so they shouldnt have a problem removing my wheels & fixing my BRAKES.  They gave me an estimate for $149 for back $149 for front, which ever is needed they would tell me.  I recieved a call from them with an estimate of $452 for back & front (which should be $298 plus tax). Where did the extra $154 come from. I NEED ROTERS.  I changed my rotors 1.5 years ago & I told my car to Jack's when the light was flashing, my wheel was not grinding nor was my steering wheel shaking whaich are indicators that I need Rotors.  I asked if they can do the breaks without rotors & they said NO.  I said I will come bcak to get me car.  The next morning when I was taking my car to another tire shop to get the key for my rims, MY BREAK LIGHT NOW STAYED ON CONSTANT AND MY CAR WAS GRINDING.
