Complaint Review: Jack's Wholesale Windows

 Buyer beware. Jacks will send a fast talking sales person that acts as though he is doing you a big favor when in reality their pricing is anything but wholesale. I was given too much information about jack and no pictures or price list of windows. After ordering, I saw a buy one get one free advertisement I called to see if I could get a second window and was told that there is no such thing and they couldn't stay in business if they gave windows away. I beg to differ considering one window costs $1700. The billboard is just a bait and switch tactic to get into your home. Have you ever made the mistake of letting the kirby salesman in? This is the same thing. Prices differ for everyone and he will stay for hours until you are so tired of hearing about how great jack is you would sign anything to get him to leave. You also cannot cancel despite false advertising because they will just keep any money you were pressured to put down.
