this guy claimed hes a recent undergraduate and works for canary wharf.. has so many ads everywhere.. uses many fake names including jack smith, jack carter, jack kada,,
he uses different email addresses: programminghelp1@gmail.com , programminghelp1@googlemail.com , programminghelp2@googlemail.com  , uk phone number: 07730753817 .. +447730753817

he took 1325 from me paid via paypal .. forced me to pay him as a gift so that I cant open cases or dispute .. didnt do the work.. phone is off.. never replies to emails, txts, or answer phone calls..
I dono what can I do to get him down and get my money back?! paypal wouldnt do anything to me..
