Jacki sent me a sick puppy and refuses to give me my money back! My puppy died at 18 wks due to congenitive heart failure, something that she knows is in her bloodline but yet still continues to breed them.
When I purchased the puppy I asked what gurantee she had and she told me a 2 yr health gurantee, yet when I sent her the information on my puppy dying she said I would not see a dime from her, only a replacement puppy which was never stipulated on any paperwork, nor her website!
She changes her website often to problems that arise. Now if you look at her website she has listed the she will only give a replacement puppy... I have proof it was not there before!
Jacki is not a reputable breeder, she is only in it for the money.
