Complaint Review: Jackpot.com Vendare Media

When the company first started is when I had my first problem with them. I was playing a game on the site and all of a sudden I WON, yeah right, a huge screen TV, then a little while later I WON, again, $500.00. Back then I did get a response after waiting for my emails confirming my wins.

They said it was a glich in the system and I didn't win? After that they would trinkle in a $5.00 check or a $1.00 check. Some of which I know I did not win? Payoffs, another mistake, who knows.

Now I can't even get them to answer a simple email, update information, nothing. Yet all their pop-up are there, emails would ahve kept coming if I wouldn't have used their email for all rhe junk they sign you up for, but to win something real? I don't believe anyone really has, just some name they pulled out of a hat that never seems to change.

I have had several problems with them responding to complaints, they don't. I did notice that they were reported to the BBB online as well as here.
Even though I enjoyed playing the solitair game I am going to another site that is honest. This one just uses you to make money for them by selling the heck out of you name and email.
