Complaint Review: Jacks Burgers

I wasn't rude or ugly to the jack employee. All I did was go inside to tell them that they forgot my burger and I don't know why the customer felt the need to insult me over that. It was my business, not hers. She was the one who instigated the name-calling with me calling me the B-word.

 Passed House (05/17/2019) Equality Act This bill prohibits discrimination based on sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity in a wide variety of areas including public accommodations and facilities, education, federal funding, employment, housing, credit, and the jury system. Specifically, the bill defines and includes sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity among the prohibited categories of discrimination or segregation.

The bill expands the definition of public accommodations to include places or establishments that provide (1) exhibitions, recreation, exercise, amusement, gatherings, or displays; (2) goods, services, or programs; and (3) transportation services. The bill allows the Department of Justice to intervene in equal protection actions in federal court on account of sexual orientation or gender identity. Protections against discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin shall include protections against discrimination based on

(1) an association with another person who is a member of such a protected class; or

(2) a perception or belief, even if inaccurate, that an individual is a member of such a protected class.

The bill prohibits the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 from providing a claim, defense, or basis for challenging such protections. The bill prohibits an individual from being denied access to a shared facility, including a restroom, a locker room, and a dressing room, that is in accordance with the individual's gender identity. I really think you do not understand the Equality Act. Please stop using it as an excuse for your bad behavior and negative interactions with others. EDUCATE YOURSELF !!!!

Other people have lied about me which anyone would be hostile when the person is harassing you or assaulting you. Then turn it around and lie to the police that you started it and the police believe them!  It's a normal reaction when you being unjustly lied about. But this sort of thing has gone on in Phenix city for life forever!

Hey dude, When you call other people names, then you become as just as bad/evil as someone who curses at another person, so beware of your own behavior. I'm reading your MANY Rip Off Reports that you have filed through the years and it appears you are very eager to present your side of the story and very reluctant or even hostile when the other person to present their side.

It also seems you lose your cool very easily. People aren't talking about you. Everyone is more interested in their own lives and rather than what sounds like a cluster**ck of a life. Lastly, I still don't see how this is a rip off. It more like a personality issue that should be treated by a mental health professional. . Who ripped you off in this complaint? No one.

CVS and most other businesses in phenix city violate the equality act. Along with the phenix city police department! Because corruption still exists in phenix city like it always has! The police seem to have a problem when people complain about them. Well, that is just too bad people have the right to complain when their rights are being violated!

  The police always believe what the bully says and tells you to stay out of their business! All I have ever done is defend myself and bullies don't like it so they lie about you! Its a crime in phenix city to defend your rights and life!

Seems that you are the common thread in every report you post ie: You blame everyone but yourself for actions that YOU cause. Pathetic
