Jacks takes advantage of employees and upon time of leaving the company they first wanted to hold my final ck due to fact that they thought that my wife, who was a previous employee, didnt turn in her store keys. The keys was turned in the very next day, to the sales manager, after my wife was fired. That should have had nothing to do with my employment.

After that was straightened out we received the ck 1 week later, which had tons of deductions. The deductions were for shirt, per the contract my husband signed Jacks was to supply. They also had a service and an inconvience fee deducted from the check. The ck had a total of $881.20 deducted.

When you start the company they had a 3000.00 hold back for any services that was to be done on your jobs, the hold back was money you paid to jack.
The contract that was signed also said that upon leaving the company you would receive 10% of that back immediately. Which we have to wait a complete year before we receive any of that money.

Jacks rules changed daily and to benefit him. My wife has seen forgery on documents to benefit Jacks, as a company.

After my wife was fired I was then told that they were starving me out so I would quit. Jacks is not following there own contract that we signed. I have spoke with multiple employees that have left Jacks and we are all tired of being riped off by Jacks. They take from peoples checks with no explanation.

This man needs to be stopped!!!

This is a rebuttal to this report that was written by my estranged husband, at the time of this report being sent in my husband and I was going thru a very hard time in our marriage. He is an angry person and found it necessary to insult everyone and everything, I was a part of. I am currently still employed at Jacks Wholesale Windows, as an Office Manager, and enjoy my job and those whom I work with. I have first hand knowledge of the paperwork and documents that are used daily, and have never seen any forgery or even an attempt to forge anything at Jacks. I know Jack himself would never tolerate any such behavior from any employee.

Let's ask how many employees Jack has helped purchase large box trucks, that they could never have gotten on their own, and how many employee's Jack has helped with other personal finances, that you could never ask for at another company, or even where to start to ask.

I want no part of this report and find it to be insulting.

As a former employee of Jack's Wholesale Windows, I can tell you that I am surprised it took so long for him to show up on this website. I was part of his sales force for a short period of time, this is the most dishonest, high pressure, unethical organization I have ever had the displeasure of being associated with. I walked away after only a few months...I was very successful, but could not sleep at night. He stole a few thousand dollars worth of my comissions as well.

NO one is spared the lies. Employees, installers, customers, all exploited so that one man can get rich, and that is Mr Jack Tilka. His advertising is dishonest....his sales pitch is dishonest, his business practices are questionable, and how he has skirted the law and the scrutiny for so long is beyond me.

If you are thinking of buying from this company, or if you are thinking of working for this company......My recommendation is to think long and hard...research...and then RUN!
