Complaint Review: Jackson County MS /Alfa

    I am someone who witnessed first hand what I am about to share with you. It involves Jackson County Politicians, and a greedy family with wealth that controls many of the politicians involved. Darin McMaster, Sr. Found out about the sheriff Mike Byrd having a very PUBLIC affair with his first wife Cynthia Ann Lofton f/k/a Cindy McMaster a/k/aCindy Jackson.  Jesse Lacy about in the 90s was to be rumored to have had an affair with Penny Byrd ...The Sheriff's sister-n-law. Jesse Lacy and Tammy Lacy worked at the youth court and Jesse 's sister Julene Johnson married a man Ralph Johnson 27 yrs her senior for money about 15 million $ @ one point was the net worth. Ruth and John McMaster also were wealthy and are the parents to Darin & Jesse & Julene... John adopted Darin lee Lacy ... So he became Darin McMaster , Sr after his second marriage to Alisha Pierce in which they had two children. They divorced May 22,2002.. Custody was modified March 24,2009 with Alisha getting physical custody.  (Alisha was also much younger than Darin and also a former student of his first wife , who dated the second husband of his first wife while both children were still students)

     Jesse and Tammy Lacy knew Alisha before they were family due to the friendship of Melissa Byrd.. The Sheriff mike Byrd's neice & Jesse & Tammy were Melissa's legal guardians so that she could goto East Central ( where lead singer & lead guitarist went to school from the Band 3Doors Down ... They were in High School with these two girls at this time) Melissa Byrd dated a meth cooker who her Uncle extorted $ & drugs this was in 2001 .. a deputy Lloyd Herbert took her boyfriend James Clark a/k/aRodney Wanner to the FBI because he had the desire to get out of that meth lifestyle ( organized crime) not only did James cook for the narcotics task force & The sheriff, but the Sheriff of George County as well ..Sheriff George Miller, who went to Prison shortly after that visit to the FBI. The head of the task force though in Jackson County was Joe Nicholson & it was known around the meth world that Mike Byrd the sheriff and Joe Nicholson had allegedly put a hit out on this deputy Herbert For turning the Sheriff Mike Byrd in, but the oddest thing happened due to the friendship of Herbert and Alisha. They were labeled w/rumors of drug addict to hiding evidence so they used Darin & Alisha's divorce & home to set Herbert up due to the friendship that they made seem more to Darin. They set Darin's house up w/ a meth lab to frame Herbert and fired him , but Herbert resigned under duress and won unemployment due to that fact. Joe Nicholson was promoted to fbi task force slong with Bruce Lynd. The gang consisted of Blocker, randy neal, eddie rudolph, doug mcarthur, lonnie porter and a few more. 

    For years this office of the sheriff Mike Byrd along w/ the Narcotics task force was abused.. Fraud, extortion , sexual harassment, harassment, false arrests, intimidation. it was as if Mike Byrd was an Al Capone and the task force his muscle. Nobody dared to go against the Sheriff Mike Byrd... He even had the local MBI & MBN  that would " investigate and clear his name through the media" The sheriff's dept also had reporters that were hired only to make him look good and trash any story that even if there was truth to it.. It just did not get printed. This happens alot down South & in many other areas its called " the good ole boy system" 

    August 2011.... Alisha was working trying to support her family and she worked in Mobile,AL @ Palmers Toyota. Working 50-60 hours a week she delegated responsibility to help with the children. She was living in Vancleave when she started the children at Vancleave school. Then she met a man who turned out to be very abusive physically and emotionally, but got pregnant in Sept.2011 so she stayed during the week to work with Ed and weekends in Vancleave Ms 

    November 28,2011 , Alisha got a call stating Darin Sr had shot himself, but not by the family, school, or the children. Alisha tried calling , texting, but nothing. So she headed to MS to start going to every relatives house. She called the Sheriff Dept to see if Mike Byrd , the sheriff knew where the children were, but the dispatch said that the grandmother picked them up from school . The grandmother cant drive she's in her 90s so Alisha texted her oldest son ..her 15-yr-old but no response. She told Ed to goto Julene Johnson's house ( the rich alcoholic ex sis n law) ed was driving and when Ed & Alisha arrived.. There were 2 big guys like bouncers in the front yard..& i started walking up to the door and one of them said WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT DO YOU WANT? I said, im the children's mother and their father is dead and i cant find my children . He told Alisha to wait and he knocked on the door and Alisha followed him up anyway and Tammy Lacy stepped out and said " Alisha are u gonna be cool & i looked confused at the question & just proceeded, alisha said " Tammy are my children here ? Their father is dead. " Tammy said ,"yes". alishasaid " HOW DID THEY GET HERE AND I WANT TO SEE THEM NOW!" Tammy closed the door , which was weird and the children ran outsidew/fear , but no tears and hugged Alisha tight while Alisha broke down ... Tammy Lacy stayed outside and asked Alisha if they could stay w/ Ruth for a night or two bcuz Ruth wasnt taken it well and really needed the children. I asked the boys if thats what you want and need then done because Alisha was trying to be sensitive to her young boys needs at this time as well. 

     December 12,2011 ..the family was hiding them out and Alisha had figured out what was Going on. Alisha and Ed went to Sheriff Mike Byrd and Mike didnt realize why we were there. So he just started talking away about being there when Darin Sr Alisha's ex husband committed suicide. Alisha said , YOU WERE THERE?" Mike said, " Well right after, but same day." Alisha said " Mike youre having an affair w/his 1st wife .. Do you think that was smart?" then Alisha said " do you know where the children are?" He said " Jesse Lacy is my contact for the children." Alisha exclaimed ,WHAT THE HELL IS JESSE LACY DOING TO BE YOUR CONTACT BECAUSE THE CHILDREN ARE MISSING AND THEY WONT ANSWER MY CALLS AND NEVER HOME!" I need you to HELP ME!!! the Sheriff said can you prove you have custody?" she said " i will be right back.. She came back and dated March 24,2009 corrected order was in May 2009 2001-0360 cause no. Stated Alisha has physical and legal custody. Mike said hold on .. He radio to someone and said" YES SHE HAS CUSTODY!" And Mike Byrd and i had exchanged cell phone numbers and Alisha's was a brand new number . Alfa called the same day left a msg but phone was turned off. Sheriff Mike Byrd said" Alisha hire a lawyer." & alisha said" FOR WHAT SO I CAN GET A COURT ORDER FROM JUDGE NEIL HARRIS THAT YOU REFUSE TO ENFORCE AGAIN?" Later Alisha texted " thanks for your help ..i guess i will let you know when I FIND THEM! This is ALISHA BTW... Mike texted " OK Good Luck!" Multiple texts back & forth .

       Alisha went to the media and started a media tour w/Fox 10 , Wkrg 5, 15 ..etc.... SUN HERALD ... Margaret Baker. She had a brief friendship with someone that got their attention in order to tell what had happened so far. April 2013 Alisha gets a call from the MS BUREAU OF INVESTIGATIONS  stating they were opening an investigation on Mike Byrd to meet them April 23 @10:30 agent Shelby Smith. 

     During the investigation it was discovered that Mark Watts ( county prosecutor) , judge neil Harris along with the sheriff defrauded Alfa and stole life insurance from Alisha's children.. Alisha even tried to talk to Alfa, but they refused to listen .. Sadly when DhS got involved to investigate and Darin jr was about to tell on everyone involved ... Someone ran him off the rd .a suburban according to a witness and neither time did anybody call Alisha..jesse lacy was the first at the hospital... The accident report done by william carr a state trooper said he was killed not injured, but killed . The Death certificate done by Vicki Broadus coroner said time of injury unknown and that he died in the hospital and that he was unrestrained ( w/out a seatbelt no autopsy was done, but every physician / coroner knows lacerated liver and spleen are seatbelt injuries .. Vicki told the media it happened 2/1/12@ 9 pm ...also a Dr David Spencer said he operated on him, but he did not call time of death nor was his name on the death certificate.  They couldve gotten all info that went on death cert by cat scans , xrays , but yet again .. The sheriff knowing im looking did not call. Alisha's Aunt Mildred Maples who along with kimberly maples fausak had been helping Ronald Pierce the grandfather do something about Darin jr driving w/out a license. Alisha had taken the younger child home after she found him. Later it was found out that it was one big cover and since Alisha's mother Helen Pierce was greedy ... even after DHS cleared Alisha & hours later darin jr is killed possibly murdered. The MBI turned their findings over to the DA office where she was lied to by the chief investigator and planned to present this when only asst DA's were available. During the investigation onto Mike Byrd the feds charged him and he had to resign as Sheriff .. The DA Tony Lawrence had the state to indict him on 31 counts. Although the fraud is there the cover up is there instead of arresting those who committed the fraud they put it before a grand jury where these politicians have popularity .... And as of now nobody knows if there will be any indictments, but ut depends if the MBI and DA unsealed the records that were used to commit fraud . If they dont show then or explain it well ... It could be just a dog and pony show to satisfy Alisha. 

    Alisha , because of her pushing for justice so hard ... Ed the abuser quit his job right after mbi opened the investigation on to mike byrd. Beat her up and she called the police, but when Ed got out of jail took advantage of Alisha and the situation by being in contact with Mike Byrd before he had to resign and even though Alisha filed a PFA restraining order the dhr of AL in Mobile had to have gotten paid off to only take 2 of her 4 children .. The oldest being a party to the kidnapping and victim of fraud..losing his father & brother only for DHR to help ed get custody by default by not telling Alisha when the court date was gonna be & lying by saying she had moved to an unknown location. They said Alisha tested positive for a substance , but she tried to tell them in the restraining order that he threatened to do that to her... That was in june 2013 several drug screens later with everyone of them being negative.. Clean as a whistle... They delay court hearings continue them and about 4 attorneys have withdrawn due to the civil rights violation or either the help of jackson county ms using political heat and taking the 1 yr old at the time was supposed to do her in, but she has notified the Governor of AL & a very very political lawyer in Mobile jay Ross who is praised by the Mobile Media for jumping in to help Alisha. David Zimmerman is Jay Ross's co-counsel...as Jay Ross .. Who is a judge in Mobile county and very respected Lawyer among his peers and by government officials. He is just what Alisha needs to get her children  because the lawyers she had before were paid by the state and they usually go with the grain... Jay Ross's name carries alot of well earned clout and his peers know that when he takes on a client it is because its the right thing to do . As far as Jay Ross and his role in the jackson county fraud... Im sure that he will refer Alisha to an attorney that will stand up to ALFA & THE DIRTY POLITICIANS THAT STOLE ALISHA's son's alfa policy from her as well. Jay Ross's firm does lobbying and mostly government type cases, but if JAY ROSS WANTED TO TAKE THIS ON... he would be like David beating goliath . His name carries that much respect and as it should it is very well earned... Alisha has become very good friends with an investigative reporter Steve Alexander from Fox 10 who believed in her since Day one... As far as who would make a great Sheriff in Jackson County ...  Pete Popes son-n-law Jeff Barnes. There are others as well , but Pete Pope and Jeff Barnes are good people. Jeff has reached out to Alisha ...as well as Bruce Lynd, whose also running for sheriff. The chief investigator Scott Mciilrath ( had he not lied continuously and been rude to Alisha then im sure some may would have said Scott, but Scott does not care about the justice of the integrity of the office... It would be as if putting a little better version of Mike Byrd, but Scott lied when it was unecessary and was more worried with what the media thought of Tony telling Alisha about a grand jury hearing as if your not suppose to get as many witnesses thst can help the case as possible, but what weve learned is there was no investigation cause the witness on the accident report was never interviewed and he saw the black suburban as well as many other things. Dont let that faniky get away with mark watts cty prosecutor defrauding slfa by referring to a sealed documebt and the judge neil harris continuing it until alfa psid ruth as conservator and jesse and julene sayung shes too old so jesse became power of atty and stole both policies and its thought hes the one along w/ a sheriff that ran darin jr off the rd. Please help by telling this story to Nancy Grace, 48 hours, 60 min, any major news network. Its horrible to lose a child but especially by a family & county that kidnapped  & committed fraud &!murder ( allegedly ) according to darin jr. ( jesse was fired for molesting 2 girls) had $ problems but not anymore. Mike and jesse cleaned up his brothers suicide & cremated him & jesse wasxthe first one at the hospital after seeing a suburban like the sheriff drives nit even stop just kept going then lies by mbi saying he had a valid license and death cert & OS hospital stealing from AL medicaid.
