Jackson Furniture Company Makers Of Cat Napper Refused to honor Warranty Nationwide
Anouy 3 Years Ago I purchased a Sofa and Love seat through a local merchant, who had to order it from Jackson Furniture out of TN. When it was delivered I noticed little red spots all ove the cushions of both pieces and contacted the place I purchased it from, It took two weeks for someone to come look at it and the said that was normal, or tried to say I put the wrong cleaner on it. Made of what is known as Bonded Leather ( Not Real Leather) after a few more weeks it started peeling off and has now all but completely peeled of both pieces. The Jackson Furniture Company in TN. refuses to accept my e-mails, phone calls or do anything at all about this. They claim it was my own fault when I have only put the furniture in my home and have only used it less than 12 times in a little over three years. Now I am stuck with the ugliest sofa and loveseat known to man. Buyers Beware of Cat Napper and Bonded leather. You pay just as much for real leather but the quality is just not there.
