I wrote this on a few other sites - I just want word to get out about these morons!!!!!

Funny the things you come across on the Internet. I share the save feelings on this company as the rest of you.

In 2002 I went to a Jackson Hewitt in my town, and although they did get the numbers correct (yes I doubled checked it at home) they charged me about $250 and waited till the last minute to file it. The receptionist said that I "... somehow got lost in their system".

That is a bad answer.

I mean I know they deal with a lot of people, but that is a bad way to run the business. I decided not to use them again and I purchased a good tax program. It worked well. Cost me about $105. Took me a few minutes extra, but saved me some $. I figure it will pay for itself in the long run anyway.

So, there you have it. Another unhappy J/H customer.
