Complaint Review: jackson hewitt smart card/ preffered

jackson hewitt smart card/ preffered for 3 weeks they have had a computer " glitch" it keeps me from getting my money then takes forever for it to be reversed. Nationwide

This has been going on for three weeks now and every time I call they tell me something different.  My taxes came back plus my pay check goes on to a jackson hewitt preffed prepaid visa.  I go to take money out and it won't let me. I then call and they tell me its a glitch and my money will go back to my account with 24 hours. Well I know how much money I should have and I don't.  This time its over 900 $ . They said today it was revered but I check and there's no record of it happening.  The rep said she would email me my transaction history,  but I didn't get that either.  Believe this card is more trouble then its worth. It does not make life easier.
