Complaint Review: Jacksonville University On Line NUrsing Program RN To BSN

My son enrolled in this RN to BSN program because they were local and advertised that professors would have office hours, would respond to email within 24 hours, and they would assign a mentor. None of this has happened, the professors have not had office hours and rarely respond to emails. My son is a 4.0 student and works hard for that grade yet this university who advertises themselves as so supportive of students is anything but to their online (and very expensive on line program) programs. It is disappointing to see a student work so hard, ask simple questions of the professors and receive little if any response. They truly leave them on their own with little to no support. Even meeting with the Dean did not help much. It is hard as a father to watch this go on. The professors have little to no accountability to the ones paying their salaries. I could not recommend this on line program to anyone based on the lack of support my son is and has received. He'll make it through but not because of but in spite of the professors involved in this on line program at JU,
