Jacob Beyer, along with his parents, (Charles Flewelling and Susan Flewelling,) Tom Stone of Capital Consulting Group (CCDGRP) and others are all tied into a real estate rip off and looking for more investments. Jacob Beyer and unknown associates are responsible for intentionally collapsing real estate portfolios. Jacob Beyer has stated many times in emails, texts and phone calls that he is working with Tom Stone and receives consultation from him. Tom Stone called me and verified the relationship. According to Beyer, his parents (Charles Flewelling and Susan Flewelling) were part of a transaction to hide assets and deceive banks. That is why they were listed on the subject property after and before Jacob Beyer on the County Tax Records.

Beyer has acquired real estate but has not made payments in over 6 months, lives in the property for free against a judges orders. (What type of person advises somebody to ignore a Superior Court Judge's ruling?) Beyer is constantly trying to deceive me, and courts who are trying to remove him from the property which can take months and costs the home owner tens of thousands of dollars. (This reminds me of the twisted people who scam people out of their homes in the movie Pacific Heights.) I have been told by his friends that he is frequently attempting new "deals." Beyer has stated many times that he does not make a move without consulting with his counselors.

Beyer with other known and unknown associates, scam by claiming to be associated with "big real estate" deals ready to close. After talking with Tom Stone (Capital Consulting Group), I am convinced that he is an accomplice of Jacob Beyer and this real estate scam. For example, Beyer is currently living in a property which a Judge of the Superior Court demanded that he leave a long time ago. Beyer "after consultation" stated that he will live in the property until the Sheriff arrives, which could take a long time due to the amount of Writs of Restitution (Forcible eviction) that must be served to people like Beyer, who are ruining individuals, mortgage companies, and ultimately, the US economy.

Jacob Beyer stated that he has more than one socical security number and brags that he knows how to protect himself through corporations and LLCs.

Upon visiting the house which Beyer acquired (witnessed by myself and several officers of the court) it was noticed that all of the blinds are closed and then blankets placed over all other viewpoints inside. People were inside, but hey refused to answer the door. Who is inside and what are they hiding? Are they growing or manufacturing drugs? Making porno movies? Hiding illegal aliens? Since they continuously deny the landlord, court workers, and anyone else access to the house, one must assume they are most likely hiding some kind of illegal activity.

Jacob Beyer continues to reference Tom Stone as his consultant and frequently referred to looking after his family. Tom Stone validated this statement. I would not trust Jacob Beyer with any investment or references. Tom Stone and Jacob Beyer make false claims of closings that do not happen and money that is not there.

Beyer, with Tom Stone's consultation, and the cooperation of Charles Flewelling and Susan Flewelling, have scammed me out of tens of thousands of dollars. Beyer is the leader and ignores text messages, phone calls, letters, emails and even ignores judges orders from Superior Court.

Are these the types of people you want to do business with?

THE CAYMAN ISLANDS IS NOT IN THE USA.

IT IS WHERE ALL THESE CROOKED FINANCIERS WHO EXPECT US TAXPAYERS TO BAIL THEM OUT STASHED THEIR MONEY BEFORE THEY DEMANDED THE BAILOUT.

SWITZERLAND, MONACO, BERMUDA AND A SLEW OF OTHER COUNTRIES HAVE GREAT BANKING LAWS THAT ENABLE THE CROOKS TO TAKE THEIR MONEY OUT OF THE US AND PUT IT OVERSEAS WHERE THE US GOVERNMENT AND WRONGED PEOPLE WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN AND WHEN THEY RETIRE OR DO THEIR MINOR LITTLE PRISON SENTENCE, THEY WILL HAVE A MILE-HIGH PILE OF A STASH OF CASH WAITING FOR THEIR ENJOYMENT.

NO I DON'T THINK HE WAS LYING ABOUT INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEALS AT ALL.

I WONDER HOW MANY OTHER COUNTRIES HE MIGHT BE WANTED IN FOR WORKING HIS CON GAMES.

IT IS PROBABLY THE ONLY TIME HE TOLD YOU THE TRUTH.
