Complaint Review: Jacob Lucas

This is a very terrible experience of mine. It was happened on the Christmas day last year.

We are selling game coins on internet, and have our own website. That day, the man named Jacob Lucas came to our website and placed an order with this email: groth_88@yahoo.com, and paid us $146.99 via paypal using another address: nuclear_winter@yahoo.com We have called him to confirm his payment according to our policy. He had also confirmed that he has ordered the game coin from us and paid for it. So we delivered the item to his soon.

After several days, we got a notification from paypal that the money was charged back to the buyer's credit card. We were surprised and called Jacob Lucas to ask for this matter.

For the fist time it was his wife who answered the phone. She told us Jacob Lucas had never ordered something from us. But after she knew that we had called his before the delivery, she told us that it was his husband Jacob Lucas who used her paypal account to buy things online. She didn't agree with him, so she asked paypal to charged all the money back and cancelled her paypal account.

We told her that his husband had already got our items, so he can't charge the money back, or he had to send us the item back. The terrible woman didn't allow us to talk to his husband while we have already heard his voice over the phone. She told us we had to talk to his husband for the matter, and he was not home, so we had to call back later.

Then we called next day, buut nobady answer the phone. The next day, same. Till now, we can never talk to the man named Jacob Lucas, nor his terrible wife.

The money was charged back to the woman, while the item was never sent back to us.

There were several other people suing different name to order the same thing fron us after Jacob Lucas, but we never send them item, because the money was soon hold after they paid.

We are afraid that all these orders were made by this family. So we report them here. Hope all people can take care of them.
