JACQUELINE COX-ANDERSON - REALTOR, KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY; ALICIA BUSH-LOAN OFFICER, WACHOVI Jackie Cox Anderson Realtor for Keller Williams Realty La Mesa, California
Jacqueline Cox-Anderson is the worst realtor to ever exist. I got her contact info through a friend of a friend. From the very beginning, she was very slow to return emails and phone calls. We were seeing numerous houses disappear off the listing before she could even get back to us or give us time to go view the home. Her primary objective seemed to be getting me to talk to her lady friend was a lender. This lady friend of hers kept trying to pressure us into talking to some loan consultants when we already had a reliable lender picked out. This bank we worked with for years had already pre-approved us and offered us great rates, so we just wanted to go with them. Jacqueline just kept having her call us and kept telling us to talk to her even though we kept repeating that we already had a lender. She was also trying to force us into different lending options and it beginning to make us very uncomfortable. When finally were able to view 1 house, which we liked and decided to make an offer on. At this point we had never been to her office and she didn't invite us to her office to make the offer. She emailed us our offer and told us to look over it. Our names were misspelled, our address was incorrect, and she had the offer written up to include BUYER paying for things like termite inspection and other things the seller should pay for. We looked online and this appeared to be very strange. We brought it up to her and she said "Oopsy... I'll fix it" and when she sent it back there were still spelling errors. Then she expected us to print it out and fax it to her so she could fax it to the selling agent. We didn't know what else to do, so we took the file on a thumb drive, had it printed, and faxed which ended up costing us $19!!! It was over 2 dozen pages and very stressful. A month later, we looked at 2 more houses and did this 2 more times (about a week apart), spending a total $57 out of our own pockets and never even going to her office! She never even invited us. We never got any confirmation that the offers were sent it, we never got any word, any response. She never followed up with the selling agent to see what the status of the offer was. She never even sign a Buying Agent Agreement with us... we didn't know until we found some really good realtors that there was even supposed to be one! She was constantly too busy for us, had other arrangements, and could only set appointments for 5-7 days in advance. She didn't return our phone calls, emails, or followup when we made offers. She was very lazy and very unprofessional. In the end, she wasted months of our time and too much of our money having us run around and do the work she should have done. Do not use Jacqueline Cox Anderson, you will only be disappointed, just like I was!
